Azerbaijan, Baku, 4 March /corr. Trend K.Zarbaliyeva / Border guards of Azerbaijan detained a criminal gang engaged in smuggling diesel fuel. According to information provided by the State Border Service, the members of the gang were detained as a result of operative measures.
Results of the initial investigation show that five members of the gang, from the Azerbaijani settlement of Lokbatan, stole diesel oil from various vehicles and stored them in 126 cans of 20 liters and hid them in unused buildings.
In addition, a Yamaha motor boat belonging to the gang was impounded.
