Azerbaijan, Baku, 23 May / Trend corr. E.Babayev / The State Committee on Work along with Azerbaijanis Residing Abroad has launched preparation works for arrangements dedicated to the 90th anniversary of establishment of the Azerbaijani Democratic Republic (ADR) in different countries.
On 28 may 1918, Azerbaijan gained the independence. On 28 April 1920, the republic joined the former SSSR.
According to the Committee, the arrangements will be held in 45 countries such as - Israel, Canada, United Arab Emirates, Egypt, New Zealand, Turkey, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Hungary, Romania, Netherlands, France, Spain, Russia, Ukraine and Germany.
