"Single Migration Window to be Opened in Moscow" –Moscow Deputy Mayor
Azerbaijan, Baku, 23 July / Trend corr. J.Babayeva / The Moscow Single Migration Window (MSMW) is planned to open in August, Valeriy Vinogradov, Deputy Mayor in Moscow on interregional cooperation, mass communication, sport and tourism issues, said in the tele-conference Moscow-Baku.
According to Vinogradov, MSMW will be a state department. MSMW's task is to suggest vacancies to labour migrants from employers, as well as to explain them their rights, right for medical aid and they will be placed in administrative cities," Vinogradov said.
Placement of migrants in aforesaid cities will be paid from 100 to 200 rubles. These cities will be supplied with sanitary and technical conditions. Opening of these cities are scheduled for September and October 2008.
"The 'guest card' is also expected to be introduced. The necessary information about migrant will be kept in these cards. These cards will be free and not compulsory. The agreement on this issue has already been achieved with the Vnukovo airport and border service," Vinogradov said.
