Paul Goodison claimed Olympic sailing gold for Great Britain in the men's Laser category Tuesday, winning with a total of 63 points after the 10 races, dpa reported.
Slovenia's Vasilij Zbogar with 71 points while Diego Romero of Italy claimed bronze with 75 points.
Goodison's win gives Britain its third sailing gold at Qingdao following the success of Ben Ainslie in the men's individual Finn and Sarah Ayton's crew won in the Yngling category.
