A three-volume book on customs legislation was published in Azerbaijan, press service of the State Customs Committee told Trend on July 6.
The first and second volumes of the book systematizes legal acts adopted from 1992 to 2008, includes the Customs Code, laws, decrees and orders of the President, decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers, additions and changes to them.
The book was published in accordance with the State of Customs System Development Program in Azerbaijan in 2007-2010, approved by the President on 1 February 2007.
Customs legislation is aimed at defining legal, economic, and institutional customs and economic and national security of Azerbaijan, protecting employees of the Customs, as well as fulfilling their duties.
