The number of those who have died as a result of heavy flooding in Istanbul has reached 28, Turkish TV channel CNN Turk reported.
The heavy rains, which lasted for two days, have seriously damaged the city and injured residents. According to local hydrometeorology, the unstable weather in Turkey will last for a few more days.
There are no Azerbaijani citizens among those injured in the heavy floods in Istanbul, the Azerbaijani Consul in Istanbul, Sayyad Aran, told Trend .
