The Head of Caucasus Muslims Board (CMB) Sheikhulislam Haji Allahshukur Pashazade and adviser to the President of Iran, the head of the organization of cultural and religious relations Mehdi Mustafevi discussed religious issues in Baku on Oct. 27.
The head of the CMB brought the fact to the attention of the Adviser to the President of Iran that the Board in Azerbaijan does not promote religious trends, but Islam, the Board told Trend .
Mustafevi praised the level of bilateral cooperation between Iran and Azerbaijan. He also highlighted the state's attitude to religion in Azerbaijan.
