The trial over an Iranian citizen accused of giving false information about terror act has been launched in Azerbaijan.
Today, Iran's citizen Kheyirkhah Rza gave testimony and plead not guilty in the Baku's Heinous Crimes Court.
Iranian citizen is charged with the Article 216 (obviously untrue report on terrorism) of the Criminal Case.
Kheyirkhah Rza gave the police false information about a bomb placed under Javanshir Bridge in Khatai region.
As a result of conducted measures, the information was not confirmed. Later Kheyirkhah Rza was arrested.
