The Baku branch of the International Institute of Monitoring Democracy Development, Parliamentarianism and Suffrage Protection for the Citizens of the Secretariat of the CIS Council director Elman Imamaliyev has paid a visit to Tajikistan today.
The purpose of the visit is to participate in the parliamentary elections in Tajikistan as an observer, Baku's branch of the Institute said.
