An Azerbaijani court decides on extradition of the Turkish citizens.
Today, the Azerbaijani Heinous Crimes Court decided on extradition of Deniz Dasdemir, the relative of the Turkish citizens who were under the international search within six years and were detained in Baku, brothers Mehmet and Faysal Soylemez, for his judgment in Turkey.
The accused were detained in the Narimanov district of Baku upon Turkey's official appeal.
They were arrested under the operational search activities Jan.26. The relevant agencies found three false passports, the national currency of Armenia, Syria, Iraq, the U.S. and Turkey, political literature, SIM cards belonging to foreign mobile operators, documents and a lot of maps in the apartment during the personal inspection of detained.
These persons have been searched since 2004 by the Istanbul Court on Heinous Crimes. They are accused of forming a criminal organization and kidnapping
