Azerbaijani gymnast Dina Gorina took fifth at an international tournament held in Bulgaria in the hoop event.
Gorina took fifth seventh in the rope and ribbon event and came in ninth all around, the Azerbaijani Gymnastics Federation reported.
"I believe Gorina performed well and I saw in her eyes a desire to develop and move forward," Azerbaijani national rhythmic gymnastics team Coach Mariana Vasileva said. "Of course, she has potential. She did quite well in the group events."
Meanwhile, 11-year-old Emilia Bagieva took fourth at another international tournament held in the Russian city of Vladimir and 12-year-old Niluar Niftaliyeva sixth.
