The lessons at schools suffered from the disaster in Sabirabad, Salyan, Kurdamir districts will be organized in tents, Minister of Education of Azerbaijan Misir Mardanov briefed the media.
Over the past week, the intense rainfalls and floods inflicted significant damage to several areas of the country. Most of the villages in these regions have been flooded.
According to the minister, the state carries out necessary work to ensure educational process.
"The Ministry of Education does not deal with organizing lessons in these regions, we have agreed that local authorities will engage with this issue," said Mardanov.
