Newspaper editor meets with students

The editor of "New Azərbaycan" newspaper Hikmat Babaoglu met with students within the project of a public association "İRELİ" "Media Academy."
The journalist noted with regret that the current newspapers have very few articles in the classical genre, the report said.
Babaoglu said that the press has a lot of articles using jargon. Offensive words are often used in the materials. The guest said that the authors of these articles are abusing democracy and freedom of speech.
There is low interest in the press in today's world, Babaoglu said. The guest sees the reason for this weakening in the relationship between media and society. The Internet for today's youth is much more interesting.
Babaoglu said that there are many interesting topics but the readers' trust to the press diminished.
