The Azerbaijani Public Association Irali and the Public Association Azerbaijani Volunteers launched a new project "Increasing structuring skills of young leaders", Irali reported.

The project aims to increase structuring skills of 120 young leaders from the ten Azerbaijani regions, establish long-term relations between them and inspire the youth to work together.

The project will cover cities and regions such as Sheki, Zagatala, Ismayilli, Mingachevir, Imishli, Shirvan, Ganja, Gazakh, Gedabek and Sumgait. The project is designed for 12 months, during which young leaders will attend trainings and seminars. The project also envisages holding of discussions on structuring. The project also stipulates organization of four camps for the participants upon completion of the regional trainings.

The final stage of the project would be holding of "Spring University for young leaders." The project is supported by the Azerbaijani Youth and Sport Ministry, the International Development Agency, United States (USAID) and the "Counterpart International" organization.
