More than 30 religious communities have passed state registration at the Azerbaijani State Committee of Work with Religious Organizations.
The committee told Trend that all of the registered religious communities are Islamic.
A total of 510 religious communities have passed registration - 493 are Islamic, 17 are non-Islamic, nine are Christian, six are Jewish, one is Hare Krishna and one is Baha'i, Orujov said.
The re-registration of religious communities began in Azerbaijan in November 2009. The first registration certificate was issued at the Caucasian Muslims Organization on Nov. 24 last year.
