Traffic on roads in the direction of the Alley of Martyrs will be suspended due to the ceremony commemorating the twenty-first anniversary of the Jan. 20 tragedy.
The movement of all vehicles in the direction of the Alley of Martyrs will be limited or changed on Jan. 20 from 7:30 a.m. until the end of the ceremony, the Baku City Chief Police Department told Trend today.
Traffic and parking in these areas and nearby streets will be banned to ensure the safety, convenience and continuity for the ceremony's participants.
At noon, traffic will be suspended on all roads in the capital in a moment of silence commemorating those who died for the country's freedom on Jan. 20, 1990.
