Newly appointed Azerbaijani Penitentiary Service head and Deputy Justice Minister Medet Guliyev has signed an order to dismiss another employee of the Penitentiary Service.
The head of the Control Department at the Penal Institution No. 9, Elchin Hasanov was dismissed from the judiciary authorities due to serious shortcomings and violations in his activities.
Earlier, Guliyev signed an order to dismiss the head of the Registration Department at Penal Institution No. 17, Mayor Rafael Rahimov. Rahimov also was dismissed due to serious shortcomings and violations in his activities.
