A bill amending the Code of Administrative Violations has been adopted at the meeting in the Azerbaijani parliament today.
According to these changes, the cessation of gas, electricity or heating will be considered as an administrative violation.
The bill was discussed at the parliamentary session.
According to this change, the administrative violation includes illegal cessation of gas, electricity or heating system.
The fines range from 200-500 manat for physical entities, 1,000-1,500 manat for officials and 2,500-3,000 manat for legal entities.
