Turkmen President Gurbangulu Berdimuhammedov has expressed his deep condolences to Russian President Dmitry Medvedev over the numerous victims in the wreck of the Bulgaria vessel.
Wishing fortitude and power to overcome the consequences of this tragedy, the leader of the Turkmen state expressed the words of sincere empathy and encouragement to the families and relatives of those killed and injured.
Berdimuhammedov also expressed his condolences to Prime Minister Vladimir Putin and Tatar President Rustam Minnikhanov.
