The criminal case filed against former military commissioner of Surakhani district in Baku and members of his group was completed and submitted to the court.

The materials of criminal proceedings against the military commissioner of Surakhani district Tavakkuly Agayev, head of the second division of the Military Commissariat Murad Ibrahimov, former chief of the fourth division Taleh Ibrahimov, inspector of the second department Marbud Mammadov, chairman of the Military Medical Commission Aslan Aliyev and citizen Boris Abbasov were submitted to the Baku military court, a source in the military prosecution office of the republic told Trend today.

According to the indictment, the commissioner received bribes and took the illegal decisions about the unsuitability of some recruits for military service.
A former military commissioner was charged under Art. 311.3.1, 311.3.2, 311.3.3 (bribery), art. 313 (forgery) and art. 341.2.1 (abuse of authority by a group of persons) of the Criminal Code.

Other officials of the military commissariat and chairman of the military medical commission are accused of the following crimes: bribery, forgery and abuse of authority or failure to act.

Abbasov is accused under art. 325 (purchase or sale of state awards and official documents), art. 326.2 (stealing the identity card, passport or other important personal documents), art. 32.5, 29, 318.1 (assistance in attempting to cross the Azerbaijani border).

A preparatory meeting on a criminal case is scheduled for January 19, еру Baku Military Court told Trend.
