Azerbaijani students have ample opportunities to get education in Turkey, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
During the TurkPA third plenary session to be held on June 14-15 in the Kyrgyz capital Bishkek, expansion of cooperation in higher education of the TurkPA members will be discussed, the Secretary General of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic-speaking countries (TurkPA), Ramil Hasanov, told Trend on Tuesday.
The discussion of this topic was recommended by the Commission on the Social, Cultural and Humanitarian Affairs of TurkPA.
Issue of continuing education by students in other Turkic-speaking state, which is a member of the TurkPA, mutual recognition of diplomas of higher education in the Turkic-speaking states and other issues will be considered, said Hasanov.
If these issues at the third plenary session of TurkPA are approved, they will be sent to the parliaments of member countries.
