"Khazar" university hosted the second conference "OSCE model" in Baku, dedicated to the organized crime and corruption.

While opening the event, "Khazar" university rector Hamlet Isakhanli said that more than 60 students from 12 universities in the country attend the conference.

After introducing the participants, Isakhanli stressed that the participants will discuss the problem of organized crime and corruption in the OSCE area as a simulation of the OSCE Ministerial Council, organized by the Baku office of the organization and the "Khazar" university.

Head of the OSCE Office in Baku Koray Targay spoke about the success of the conference.

He added that the first similar event was organized in 2010.

The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry representative Elman Abdullayev said that this conference opens real prospects for young diplomats. He stressed that Azerbaijan needs strong, talented diplomats.

Abdullayev said that about 55 Azerbaijani representative offices operate in the world. Their number increases every year.
