A criminal case under article 308.1 (abuse of power) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan is filled by the Department to Combat Corruption under Prosecutor General in connection with the illegal actions of officials of the Department of Culture and Tourism of Gazakh region, the Prosecutor General said on Wednesday.
The presence of staff positions above the norm, the wrong definition of the monthly salary of employees etc. were revealed during the check of the document received from the Ministry of Finance on the target material expenditure of funds allocated from the state budget in 2008-2012.
