The criminal case against the former vice dean of the law faculty of Baku State University Mahammad Imanli concluded in the Baku Court of Grave Crimes on Tuesday. The court chose to deprive him of freedom for three years, the court informed Trend on Tuesday.

The criminal case against the former vice dean of the law faculty of Baku State University Mahammad Imanli concluded in the Baku Court on Grave Crimes on Tuesday. The court chose to deprive him of freedom for three years, the court informed Trend on Tuesday.

The case was re-qualified by Article 311 (bribe taking) to Article 178 (fraud) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

According to the information shared by Attorney General's Office before, Imanli was detained in flagrante delicto while taking a bribe of an especially large amount.
