According to him, the conference will focus on the issues of cultural and national development, active participation in the constitutional reforms and the social and political life of the country.
Chairman of the Civil Constitutional Congress Jury Zbitnev in his speech said it is planned to appeal to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Turkic people where Azerbaijan and Turkey are represented, to participate at this conference as an observer.

Member of the Civil Constitutional Congress (CCC) and spokesman for the committee for work with the EU states and international organisations Timur Masautov noted that special attention will be given to international relations with the Turkic states and national humanitarian projects.

According to Masautov, over a million representatives of the Turkic people reside in Ukraine.
