Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev will take part in a military parade and festivities in Moscow dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, spokesman for the Azerbaijani president Azer Gasimov told Azertag April 21.
"A few months ago, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received the invitation of Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin to participate in these activities," he said. "It was officially stated to the Russian side that President Aliyev will participate in a military parade and festivities dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War in Moscow, Russia on May 9, 2015."
