Azerbaijan showcased a new machine gun “Shimshek” (Lightning) at the country’s 2nd International Defense Industry Exhibition - ADEX 2016, which is being held in Baku Sept. 30.
Production of the machine gun was established this year: it is equipped with day/night cameras, and is designed mainly to be installed on tanks and armored personnel carriers of the Azerbaijani army.
