Azerbaijan’s government is carrying out a high-level preparation for the 4th Islamic Solidarity Games, the Islamic Solidarity Sports Federation (ISSF) First Vice-President Hamad Kalkaba Malboum said.
Kalkaba Malboum, who also chairs the Coordination Commission of the Islamic Solidarity Games, made the remarks Nov. 8 in Baku at a press conference held after the fourth session of the Commission on preparations for the 4th Islamic Solidarity Games.
He said the Games will attract the attention of the entire Islamic world the next year.
The ISSF first vice president expressed confidence that Azerbaijan will continue to work more closely with the Azerbaijan Islamic Solidarity Games Operations Committee (AISGOC).
The 4th Islamic Solidarity Games will be held in Baku May 12-22, 2017.
