Trend:
While producing fake news has become a hot tendency in the political propaganda worldwide, the Armenian lobby of the United States has decided not to miss this fresh fashion.
So, the Armenian National Committee of America (ANCA) is at it again. This time the lobbyist organization attempted to distort the phrases brought by Trend Agency’s author in an article dealing with the strongly worsening situation of the Armenian diaspora in the U.S.
Citing a paragraph from the article titled “Trump puts end to Armenian lobby's influence on U.S.” on its official Twitter account, the ANCA twitted a quote from Adolf Hitler’s book.
By comparing these two absolutely different quotes the ANCA tried to reduce the devastating effect of the article.
But the unsuccessful attempt of ANCA members to paraphrase "parasitic diaspora" brought in the story cannot change the reality, whilst the fact cannot be compared with Hitler’s claims about the Jewish people.
By this way, the ANCA demonstrates loyalty to its well-known "principles" and is trying to mislead the American public.
Trend Agency would kindly remind that namely Armenia is the very country that glorifies the representatives of the Nazi regime by establishing monuments to such persons as the fascist and anti-Semite General Garegin Nzhdeh.
The solemn opening of this monument in Yerevan was attended by Armenia's top officials, which testifies that this is not a position of separate individuals, but the entire ruling elite of Armenia.
It is also worth recalling that the current Armenian leadership is a direct perpetrator of the Khojaly genocide, the 25th anniversary of which will be marked in Azerbaijan in 2017 with pain and tears.
Unlike Armenia, Azerbaijan, which is an example of multiculturalism and tolerance, where representatives of all nationalities and religions live in harmony and peace, has always strongly condemned all manifestations of Nazism and any attempt for its rehabilitation.
ANCA's quoting Hitler's ideas from the “Mein Kampf” book suggests that this is a desk book in the organization. And that is not surprising given the close ties of leaders of the Armenian lobby with such terrorist organizations as ASALA.
