The Charity event wills donate funds to the Republican Special Boarding School № 5 for blind and partially sighted children. The donation will be used to buy Braille boards that will improve reading and writing skills of the handicapped children.

During the evening, the guests will have an opportunity to meet personally the children and their teachers. The place of the event, the Magomayev Azerbaijan State Academic Philharmonic Hall will provide a cosy atmosphere for the fair where guests may taste and buy Hungarian specialities, such as the famous Hungarian salami, paprika, chocolates and nicely decorated Christmas gingerbread. Naturally, the event will also provide an opportunity to taste premium wines.

Two world famous Hungarian musicians, Endre Hegedűs, pianist and Félix Lajkó, violinist will stage musical performances at the Philharmonic Hall bringing to Baku the feeling of the Central European winter holiday fairs, the spirit of Christmas and New Year through their music.

Endre Hegedűs, pianist, prize-winner of numerous international competitions, a well-known interpreter of Ferenc Liszt’s musical heritage. He recorded 27 albums. In more than thirty years of musical career, Endre Hegedűs gave over 2600 concerts for Hungarian and international audiences. At this concert he’ll play pieces from Liszt and Béla Bartók.

Félix Lajkó, a versatile violinist and composer. He played the main character in the movie "Delta" by the Hungarian director Kornél Mundruczó, which received "Golden Palm" at the Cannes Film Festival. He accompanied performance of the legendary "Buto" dancer Minh Tanaka, played with the famous Serbian trumpeter Boban Markovic and the violinist Alexander Balanescu. Félix Lajkó composed music to a number of theatrical performances; he is the author of the anthem of the cultural festival "Sarajevo Winter" of 1998.
