BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 25. Azerbaijani Paralympic judo wrestler Namig Abasli won a silver medal at the Grand Prix in Turkish, Antalya, Trend reports.
Abasli competed in the 73 kg weight category and lost to Georgian Giorgi Kaldani in the final and took second place.
Another representative of Azerbaijan, Ismail Muradov (60 kg), lost in the bout for bronze to Kyrgyz Tamirlan Abdykerimov.
Azerbaijani representatives Saleh Sultanov (90 kg), Aysel Imamverdiyeva (70 kg), and Khatira Ismiyeva (+70 kg) will compete in the tatami on April 24.
