BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 27. The number of weapons and ammunition found by police officers in the territories liberated from occupation from July 19 through July 26 has been disclosed, Trend reports referring to the Azerbaijani Interior Ministry.
Meanwhile, it was noted that 24 automatic weapons, one machine gun, 9 rifles, 28 grenades, 29 fuses, 441 shells, 5 bayonet knives, 93 cartridge magazines, 3118 cartridges of different calibers, and other ammunition were found in Khankendi, one machine gun, 50 grenades, 7 explosives, 3 shells and 320 cartridges of different calibers were found in Shusha.
In Khojaly district, 8 automatic rifles, 3 rifles, 64 shells, 121 grenades, 11 cartridge clips, 2 fuses, 30 homemade explosive devices, 20 capsule detonators, 3 checkers, 57 powder grenades, one mine detector, 1,040 rounds of various calibers were found and seized, and in Kalbajar, one automatic weapon, 3 cartridge clips and 59 rounds of ammunition were found and seized.
