BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 17. Deputy Minister of Mental Health and Addictions for Canada’s Ontario, Michael Tibollo, recently toured Azerbaijan’s Khankendi and Shusha cities, Trend reports.
Tibollo explored the city and actively participated in discussions with the leadership of Karabakh University and members of the Forum of Azerbaijani Scientists Living Abroad during his visit to Khankendi.
Upon arriving in Shusha, Tibollo received a briefing on the city’s history, the vandalism inflicted during the Armenian occupation, and the restoration efforts undertaken after liberation.
He also visited the damaged busts of Azerbaijani cultural figures, Shusha Fortress, and other significant landmarks.
