The Azerbaijani national football team will hold friendly match with the Albanian team in Tiran on 17 August within the elimination round of the World Championship, Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan (AFFA) told Trend.
The Azerbaijani football players will leave for Tiran on 13 August, but Anatoliy Ponimaryov, Samir Abbasov and Kamal Guliyev will not participate at the competition due to different reasons.
The AFFA noted that match is held to prepare the Azerbaijani national team for elimination competitions of the World Championship with the national teams of North Ireland and Austria.
