The representatives of the Media Council (MC) were dispatched to the regions Gakh and Zagatala to get familiar with activities of the local media, the MC told Trend.
The objective of the visit was to get familiar with the election campaign in the local media. The representative of the MC held meetings with staff of the local newspapers Zagatala and Shalala, Aygun TV and radio stations.
They attached particular attention to the establichment of equal conditions for candidates. Ibrahim Mammadli, the chairman of the MC Control-Revision commission, noted that they planed visits to other regions as well.
