Crimea court to sentence preventive punishment of Azeri ex-Speaker

(Noviy Region) вЂ" The Bakhchasaray district court of Crimea will consider possible issue of a permission for the Prosecutor Office on arrest of Rasul Guliyev, Azerbaijani ex-speaker a source at the law-enforcement bodies of Crimea told Trend.

Only the Prosecutor General’s Office takes a resolution on extradition, though the Interior Ministry’s agreements is needed. However, the post of the Prosecutor General in Ukraine is vacant following the recent resignation of Svyatoslav Piskun from this office.
