On 5 December the Sabail district court under the chairmanship of Judge Yusig Karimov will consider the civil suit of Ali Insanov, the former Helth Minister, who is currently under arrest, Trend reports.
The suit was filed by Insanov in regard to the TV channels AzTV and Lider. The former Minister alleged that the news spread by the TV channels after his arrest offended his honor and dignity. He demanded from court to make a sentence on refutation of the news and compensation of moral damage.
