The Yasamal district court chaired by the judge Isa Ismaylov will hold a preparatory hearing on 27 December on the Musavat party activists Pirali Orudjev and Ali Nehmatov, the Orudjev’s lawyer Isahan Ashurov told Trend.
Orudjev was arrested on 11 July 2005 on charges in preparations for the terrorist action against the judge of the Court of Appeals Bahram Shukyurov and the president of the ATV channel Tagi Ibragimov. Some days later Ali Nehmatov was also detained on the same charges. The investigation on the case has been conducted by the investigation department of the Ministry of National Security.
