Preliminary investigation on armed conflict between Nardaran dwellers and police agents to have taken place January 25 has ended. Sabunchi district court is going to start trying this case on April 28, Trend reports quoting Habib Aliyev, judge of Sabunchi district court, who will chair the process.
7 dwellers of town of Nardaran are charged with the terms of Article 315 of Criminal Code (violation against public agent or showing him resistance). The armed conflict on January 25 resulted in killed police agent and dweller; several persons were injured.
In this respect, Baku Urban Prosecutors Office is still performing an investigation on two participants of the conflict that are accused of willful homicide. In the closest time the case will be passed to the Court for Heinous Crimes.
