Teymur Shakhlamazov reached the second stage of European Championship for Sport Gymnastics that recently finished in Greece.
Trend reports with reference to Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation, the sportsman, who participated in the contest first time, passed first tour and entered the second subgroup of the championship. Performing in strongest group, he showed the best result for jump 14.6 points. In total Teymur Shakhlamazov gained 66.6 points and became 43rd among 141 participants of the Championship.
Among teams the best result showed Russia, and best sportsmen became Russian, Romanina, Slovenian and Greek gymnasts.
