A preparatory session was held in Azerbaijan Court on Heinous Crimes on the criminal case of the band headed by the former senior official of Head Investigation Department of the Azeri Interior Ministry Haji Mammadov. The consideration of the case was held by the deputy chairman of the court Ali Seyfaliyev.
During the preparatory session, Seyfaliyev familiarized the composition of the court with the accused persons. The state accusation will be presented by prosecutors Abdulla Yusifov and Bashir Jafarov.
Then, the judge announced the case of accused persons and discussions were held on the requests of the damaged persons. The son of vise-president of AFFA Fatulla Huseynov killed by the band of Mammadov, and Ogtay Babayev stolen by the band raised property claims against accused persons.
