On July 5, the 4th year of the creation of the State Committee on Work with Azerbaijanis Living Abroad (SCWALA) will complete, Trend reports quoting the press-service of the state committee.
In connection with the anniversary, on July 5 the representatives of the committee will visit the grave of ex-Azerbaijani president Heydar Aliyev. The employees of the committee and guests headed by the chairman of the committee Nazim Ibrahimov will remember the monument of the national leader. In 2002, ez-Azerbaijani president Heydar Aliyev issued an order on creation of the State Committee on Work with Azerbaijanis Living Abroad in order to establish unity and solidarity of Azerbaijanis living in the world and ensure the participation of Azerbaijani diasporas in propaganda of national interests of Azerbaijan.
Besides, the representatives of the committee will visit Martyrs Avenue.
