The fifth forum of Azerbaijani youth will be held in 2008, Rafig Abbasov, the head of the press-service of the Ministry of Youth and Sport of Azerbaijan, told Trend.
He noted that this forum will importantly differ from previous forums. For instance, the number of phases of the forum will increase, as well as one of the plenary sessions of the forum will be held in Nakchivan Autonomous Republic.
