For the purpose to regulate the medicinal market of Azerbaijan, the law On medicines will be looked through. The document will be developed in the social-political commission of Milli Majlis [Azerbaijani Parliament], Trend reports.
The document will resolve the problems existing in the medicinal market. The bill will be presented to the discussions of the parliament. Taking into consideration the proposals of several deputies it was decided to reconsider the document. This document has been prepared on base of laws existing in CIS countries.
PM Fazil Gazanfaroglu noted that it needs to unify the laws On pharmacological activity and On medicines. Besides, he pointed out that the document should be developed to prevent the illegalities in the medicinal market.
According to the information obtained from the social-political commission, the measures are taken on bills On protection of rights of patients, On health and On pharmacological activity. Opinions of the Ministry of Health and other bodies are taken into consideration in this process.
