The Chairman of the TV and Radio Broadcasting Company of Iran, Izatulla Zargami, arrived in Baku on February 1st, Trend reports.
The Company brings together nearly 40 TV and radio channels of Iran. Thousands of people work in this field in Iran. The Chairman of the TV and Radio Broadcasting Company appoints the High Leader of Iran. In addition, he is a member of the Cabinet of Ministers of Iran.
Zargami visited Azerbaijan at the invitation of the Minister of Communications and Information Technology of Azerbaijan, Ali Abbasov. A number of meetings are planned to be held at TV and radio channels of Azerbaijan and several documents will be signed during the visit. The primary goal of the visit is to strengthen bilateral relations and discuss a series of technical relations, including co-operation with regards to the production of information technology.
