The Consular General of Azerbaijan to Saint-Petersburg, Gudsi Osmanov, informed Trend that Culture Days of Azerbaijan will take place in Arkhangelsk oblast of Russia in March 2007. According to him, the events within the Culture Days of Azerbaijan will bring together thousands of people.
Before the event, the Consular General will make a visit to Komi Republic and meet Azerbaijanis.
