Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend K.Zarbaliyeva / A hearing took place on the court case of former employees of the Penal System of the Azerbaijan Ministry of Justice.
According to information provided by the Appeal Court, the complaint was considered by Gazanfar Kerimov. Together with the former Deputy Chairman of the Penal System of the Azerbaijan Ministry of Justice, Gulmammad Mammadov, complaints about the sentence of the court were made by the former Chief of Incident Control and Trade Base of the Penal Service, Javanshir Jabbarov, as well as the former accountants of Trade Base of the Penal Service, Rafig Jafarov, Elman Mammadov and others persons.
G. Mammadov and Jabbarov were found guilty and sentenced to 12 years imprisonment and Jafarov and E.Mammadov were given 8 years imprisonment.
