Azerbaijan, Baku / Тrend corr S. Ilhamgizi / Azerbaijan State Commission on Students Admission (SCSA) has announced admission of applications for a Masters Degree in Azerbaijani institutes of higher education.
The admission of the documents is held through the internet in two stages. The first stage requires that a student holding a Bachelor of Arts Degree purchase a SCSA payment card. Using the serial number and PIN code of the card he/she enters the corresponding internet site of the SCSA and fills in the 'Electronic Application of a Bachelor' form.
The second stage requires that a student holding a Bachelor of Arts Degree to apply to the Commissions on Documents Reception set up by the SCSA in order to get the electronic applications officially registered. The registration of the 'Electronic Applications of Bachelors' will be held on 6-15 June at 9:00-18:00 at Baku time.
Those who achieve a Bachelor of Arts diploma in 2007 must submit the electronic application documents to the Commission on Documents Admission and the Institute where they graduated. Those who graduated earlier must submit the documents to the Commissions of the Institute they wish to enter. Those who received their higher education abroad must submit their documents to the SCSA.
