Dairy producers of the Russian Stavropol region are negotiating on the supply of products to Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan, Trend reports citing the Ministry of Agriculture of the Stavropol Territory.
According to the source, in the first half of 2021, 2,300 tons of cheese were produced in the Stavropol region.
Sour milk products - 16.9 tons, ice cream - 6,000 tons, butter - 5,200 tons, milk - 67,800 tons are also not inferior in growth, - the regional Ministry of Agriculture said in a statement.
As the ministry noted, manufacturers focus on the quality and range of products.
Stavropol exporters have already started supplying grain crops to Azerbaijan.
