The loans worth almost 25.7 million manat ($15.1 million) were issued to businessmen in Azerbaijan’s Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic from January through September 2021, Trend reports citing the report of the State Statistics Committee of Nakhchivan.
Some 8.6 million manat ($5.05 million) were spent to establish or expand new facilities, 16.5 million manat ($9.7 million) - for development of individual entrepreneurship.
Thus, 37 legal entities and 1,876 individuals were registered for the reporting period.
The consistent measures are being taken in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic to develop entrepreneurship, which is the driving force of Nakhcivan's economy.
Around 384 types of products are currently produced as a result of the measures to develop entrepreneurship in Nakhchivan. Some 127 out of those products are food products, 257 - non-food. The demand for 350 types of goods, 108 of which are food products and 242 non-food products, was fully met through local resources.
